"Jordan regularly involves himself in the community filling his spare time with various social outreaches. Once a week, Jordan leads a team of volunteers from his church to downtown Pittsburgh to not only hand out food, clothes, and other necessities, but to talk, spend time with, and build relationships with the impoverished homeless living under the bridges. Every Wednesday night, Jordan involves himself in his church’s youth program. There, Jordan spends time mentoring and building relationships with middle school students. Similarly, every month you can find Jordan leading another team from his church to the Westmoreland County Juvenile Detention center, where he again spends time mentoring young adults who have made unfortunate decisions in their lives. Among the other volunteer work Jordan is involved with includes helping out at the local food bank as well as at a non-profit coffee house which gives young adults a healthy alternative to life on the street."
