With over 18 years of design experience ranging from design prototyping, concepting and researching to gift cards, logos and color theory I seek to find ways to adapt, learn and deliver. I achieve this through developing design strategies, in depth UX research, concepting and sketching that works towards a stronger customer engagement, experience, retention and loyalty. I’m able to jump in and find the problem, improve on everything and make the next steps happen.
