Part-time Associate Recruiter at RTS CORP, a contingency-based agency, that specializes in staffing for upstream exploration and production companies in the Denver area. I'm, also, heavily involved in our online communication and strategy and overall business development and operations.

I have always had a huge passion for art and creating. In 2012, I created F+F from the ground up as a vehicle to sell my artwork and crafts. I create unique vintage-inspired handmade mixed media collages which I sell as prints along with my photographs as postcards and wood block photo emulsion transfers. I also offer a small curated collection of curated vintage curios. I exhibit my artwork at coffee shops, galleries and events like the Horseshoe Craft & Flea Market.

I also do a wide range of freelance work under the F+F name including soup-to-nuts web design (design, content, social strategy), design work (digital and print), copywriting and photography. Clients have included Gary Lee's Motorclub & Grub, Lelan's Bingo Road Show, Jagermeister, and more.

Since Co-Founding FeelGoodNow, I have been dedicated to creating and cultivating a company devoted to helping alternative health and wellness practitioners grow their practices. We have focused on educating practitioners how to best use Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other online outlets to grow their client base and brand awareness through educational workshops and online resources.

Our dynamic educational content from articles and ebooks to videos and classes are my main focus as the VP of Media. I constantly strive to produce, deliver and curate a high-quality, educational body of resources for alternative health practitioners and consumers alike. We are particularly focused on the use of engaging online video to promote, educate and engage practitioners, companies and consumers alike. Not only do we produce a wide variety of video content, we distribute it throughout our various online outlets as well.

Graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Denver with a BA in Journalism Studies with an emphasis in Creative Writing and a Studio Art Minor.

I was responsible for pitching, writing, and editing blogs for both The Back Beat and On the Edge blogs.

I assisted Sarah Levin with promotions, artists management, booking and night of show production.

I was selected as one of four student critics nationwide to review student films from mtvU's Best Film on Campus. Each month, I selected a noteworthy film and wrote a review of the piece which was also tapped as a video spot that aired on mtvU networks.
