• Increased American Express new merchant acquisition through a series of testimonial videos raising awareness of the benefits available to business owners who accept the Card, as well as a curated content site with articles and videos to help the merchant effectively manage and grow their business
• Worked closely with strategy team in creating integrated consumer promotions for Daily Wish and American Express Gift Cards
• Managed and mentored members of the creative team from Jr. Designers to Art Directors
