AS A PROFESSIONAL

My current professional activity is the production of web and mobile products for small and medium-sized businesses. I have a small studio called NoCliche, so I can work as an employee or as a company, through invoices.

My personal work in the studio:

- Control of finances, company accounting, administrative part

- Marketing part, searching for new clients, testing various ways to promote services

- Communication with clients, task formation

- Brand design or graphic products creation if required

- Development of a website design concept, discussions and edits

- Graphic prototype of website/application (Figma)

- Drawing up the Terms of Reference for programmers/designers/marketologists/illustrators

- Searching for workers, monitoring task completion

- Working with website/application content

- Product testing

- Correction of layout in HTML and CSS

- SEO optimization

My vision of the near future in my professional activity: I want to work in larger IT projects, develop more complex and larger systems, work in large teams, develop my understanding of processes, communication and management.

AS PERSON

I'm more of an introvert, but I don't have problems with communication. I’m just always more comfortable alone, I don’t know what loneliness is. Despite this, no matter where I lived, I always had a lot of friends and activities outside home.

I always analyze, I look critically at everything. I am not able to adhere to specific political or religious views by 100%, I always look at everything as objectively and rationally as possible.

I am a very curious person, I try to learn something new every day. My interests in accumulating knowledge:

Since 2011 I have been engaged in political activism and volunteering. Participated in political campaigns in 2015, 2018, 2020 in Belarus. After the events of 2020, I was forced to go to Ukraine due to political persecution. After the outbreak of the war in Ukraine in February 2022, I moved to Lithuania.
