Was hired as mobile expert, to bring insights and examine current state of mobile product experience; to help implement new features and improve communication with developers.

Succesfully managed toughest deadlines. Tackled many design-driven issues, which adhered to development or server side. Conducted dozen of technical interviews for new Ciklum designers. Built efficient communication between design team, developers, server team and clients. Received valuable Design Team Lead experience.

As a designer – responsible for UI of internal web-pages. As PM – delivered business requirements from the client side into high level tasks for developers; further diversification of high level tasks, managing group of developers, setting up deadlines, managing task execution. Achievements: Brought interface of internal webpages closer to user- centric model. Received first valuable experience as a Project Manager.

Creating brand identity. Design from scratch til publishing. Webdesign. Achievements: Was proud to work under, and to be admired by Art-director, who have Cannes Festival awards. Considered by supervisors as most technically skilled and creatively perspective employee. Received firm and precious guidance of how to improve my creative skills. Clients: Nivea, Florena, Wolkswagen, Seat, Mitsubishi, NAR Mobile.

Imposed such magazines as "Гастрономъ", "Вокруг света", made different kind of advertisement. Achievements: Improved my knowledge for publishing processes, which will be successfully used afterwards.

Created concepts, mockups and prepress of Books, Calendars, Brochures, Leaflets, etc. Achievements: Received base of practical design knowledge, learnt how to use high-end drum scanner. Used University knowledge base in practice: such as color theory, typography, design. Clients: Boehringer Ingelheim, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Various Artists.
