eBay Shipping Labels
This project aimed to integrate an existing shipping labels application on PayPal.com into the seller experience on the eBay.com site. While the overall functionality was transferred over, it was also to include additional features and a simplified design to more closely integrate into other areas of the site.
The work involved was quite an undertaking, including research into the existing tool and competive offerings, usability research on early and later versions of the design, as well as creating flows, wireframes, and visual mockups. I managed the majority of the overall design work during the 2+ year timeline, coordinating with product management and development throughout.
