Yahoo! Store Site Redesign
The Yahoo! Store site provided its visitors with product details and pricing, testimonials, and account access, but did not differentiate between prospective and existing customers, and also had a great deal of outdated content. This project aimed to improve the organization and usability of the overall Yahoo! Store web site, as well as work to increase the promotional content and guide new customers to sign up.
My work included a detailed analysis of the existing site content and the needs of various customers. I prepared the new information architecture, flowcharts, wireframes, and HTML mockups. I coordinated with marketing and visual design on the new look and promotional content, and assisted with some of the content myself.
