Yahoo! Store Shipping Manager
Initiated by a partnership between Yahoo! and UPS, this project aimed to enhance existing shipping tools and introduce new ones as well. The end result involved the creation of a new shipping tools area, which included updated tools, new UPS features integrated into order processing and checkout, and promotional components.
The project included extensive research, including field and usability studies, as well as competitive analysis and reviewing UPS documentation. I prepared flowcharts, wireframes, visual mockups, and interaction specifications. I also assisted with the content and some of the HTML handed off to engineering.
