PayPal Site Search
The goal of this project was to introduce search functionality to the PayPal site, in conjunction with the overall site redesign. The pages needed to account for logged-in and logged-out users, as well as bringing in related results from the help system.
My work involved research into search design, competitive analysis, and coordinating with the web development team on an AJAX component. My deliverables included flowcharts, wireframes, and visual mockups, as well as some content and a rough prototype of the AJAX behavior.
