Work with various key players in Creative and Merchandising to access and solve online photography discrepancies. Develop in-house info graphics, interactive PDFs and visual mock ups to assist in departmental communication, retouch photography as needed and create SOPs for new and updated processes.
Verify photography and merchant request for proper style guide compliance. Developed a catalog photography-to-web process to maximize the use of our catalog photography and provide a better online customer experience. Communicate and initiate processes for workflow improvements for both internal teams and external vendors. Act as a liaison for landsend.com Photography Team and communicate photo direction or changes across the board. Cover tasks of Photo Directors and provide feedback and imaging mark ups, as needed.

Produced various page layouts for one of Colony Brands divisions, ASHRO, a direct mail African American Women's fashion catalog. Responsibilities included full production of catalog sections, clearance books and direct-mail pieces from art + copy layouts to image editing, proofing process and final submission of files for print.
Retouched seasonal photography which involved processing RAW files for print and web, color speccing and color correcting garments, digital alterations to garments and background extensions.
Played a supporting role in the catalog photo shoots, which involved brainstorming seasonal visual concepts, booking models, photographers and crew through various agencies and arranging out-of-state travels, when needed. Assisted the Creative Design Manager in communicating departmental schedules and details for upcoming photo shoots and helped implement art direction throughout the catalog.
Responsible for submission of support material which included inkjet mock-ups. Preflight catalog files and ensured guidelines were met. Tracked page proofs back from printer and supervised the proofing approval process.

Managed and mentored diverse staff of twenty, including five satelitte Campus Editors. Attended national conferences and lead the re-design of the publication.
