John Boyd

2008 I spent a semester studying at the University of Lapland, Finland where I worked on a project designing tablets for Nokia as well helping design & construct a snow hotel in the north of the country.



2009 Completed a BA in Industrial Design at University of Canberra, Australia.



2010 Worked at Konstrukt Design, Sydney Australia as part of a 6 week work experience.



2010-2011 After completing my work experience I decided to go travelling through Europe and North America to get a perspective of the world and its design.

My travels also include living in Oslo Norway, London England, Edinburgh and Pitlochry Scotland.



2011-13 I returned to Australia to begin work at a Mechanical Drafting/ Precision Measurement company in Mackay Queensland where I continue to develop my skills with 3D modelling (solid works), cyclone and working with laser and probe measuring devices.



Personal hobbies include a love for digital photography and Photoshop
