My name is Claudette Castillo and I am a Project Manager from San Francisco.
I am a graduate the Hult International Business School Master of Business Administration (MBA), Business Administration and Management
Being an integral part of a project team collegelisted.com, I faced unforeseen hurdles on a weekly basis. Finding the spirit to attack and overcome those hurdles with situation analysis, scenario planning, tough negotiations and thinking out of the box, spurred my success and gave me the motivation to face the next challenge.
Working on supply chain projects, I came to understand the opinions of suppliers, project team members, both internal and external stakeholders and gained a 360 view of the business. I learned to link those interests together to achieve optimal solutions for the company.
I enjoy working in diverse teams. Different backgrounds allow me the opportunity to see topics from various angles and question decisions which have been taken for granted. Sharing ideas and thoughts inspire me to be even more inventive.
Both Supply and Customer perspectives are interesting to me and I look forward to leveraging my experience to the success of the company I will work for.
