Verizon Delegations - Mobile & Desktop Wireframes
ENTERPRISE APP EXPERIENCE DESIGN: Verizon has an enterprise application called “Delegations” that allows managers to provide their proxy to others for accessing any enterprise application. As the UX Lead on an Agile team, we completely overhauled PeopleSoft 9.1 application and created a new Responsive Desktop and Mobile user experience that was brand-compliant. Consulting with the Product Owner, business partners and HRIS subject matter experts across the enterprise, I was the UX consultant who led the team towards consensus of the experience with highly details annotated wireframes, collaborated with UI designers on the final design and directed and collaborated with developers.
