I am a painter, applied artist, avid reader, designer (Product | Lifestyle Accessories) and also a cook.
Over the time, I realized I seem to respond to spaces and volumes more strongly. I am enthusiastically looking to design Interior Spaces for the same reason. -

Masters in Design Product DesignIndian Institute of Information Technology Design & Manufacturing, Jabalpur (IIIT DMJ) (established2010 - 2012Master’s Thesis – Design Issues in hostel interior spaces The objective of the thesis was to examine an existing girl’s campus housing facility from a holistic approach and present their latent & apparent needs. The study of the dual sharing interior rooms (10’2”x11’6”) of girl students in IIIT DMJ and the girl students’ habits revealed various habitability and safety-related issues. In the end of the research, a set of interior space solutions for those rooms were suggested based on functionality, ergonomics, comfort, safety and interactivity without any structural changes.

Product Designer on Project BasisS & S International - Indian Handicrafts Export HouseNew Delhi, IndiaFeb 2015 - Apr 2015 (2 months)As a designer I have been handling a wide range of responsibilities. It involves the following -
- Developing new product ranges in various materials (wood, mdf, paper, chipped bangles, glitter) that are aesthetic and are reflective of the buyer's choices within the budget. Selected designs are in production.
- Involvement in all phases of the design process-material selection, procurement, designing, administration . of the product completion and budget management of designed products.
- Preparing required layouts and sketches to convey design intent alongside monitoring and providing direction (artwork & blueprints) to outside contractors and vendors for production.
- Creation and maintaing a strong visual identity based on the company's image and future plans.
- Designing an introductory kit for the buyers to understand the range of the products presentable during the handicraft fairs. -
Exhibition designer on Project BasisRITES Ltd. National Rail Museum (NRM) ProjectLadlaka, IndiaNov 2012 - Mar 2013 (4 months)I worked as an exhibition designer in the renovation project of National Rail Museum in New Delhi. My major
work dealt with digitally preserving the National Rail Road Heritage. It included displaying them through
an engaging interactive output for the visitors to comprehend the mechanics of the steam locomotives.
