News coverage on venezuelan government sources like the National Electoral Council (CNE) and the Administrative Service of Identification, Migration and Alien Affairs (SAIME, former ONIDEX). Writer for politics and community topics, including biographical sketches on venezuelan politicians.

Hired for a month to run editorial aspects over the Ocean Drive magazine's christmas special for 2003 (OD Navidad). Responsible for communicating and executing the assignments made to writers and photographers on topics to cover. Location managing for photo shootings and coordinating the logistics involved for its production. Handling of texts and photos to contracted copy editing services and to the magazine's design team. Writing of a few articles (editorial, interviews and advertised stories). Supervision of the work done by photographers, writers and designers over the magazine's layout and its final editing.

Collecting of old newspaper articles, photos and records held in archive offices all around the city (media archives, national libraries, etc.) Writing of creative non-fiction biographies, chronicles and stories for Exceso magazine and Cocina y Vino, a gastronomy magazine (both widely known and esteemed publications in Venezuela.)

News coverage on government sources, political events, communities, crimes and slums. Round-trip visits to "barrios" (lower-class neighborhoods) in Caracas, collecting complaints on community issues and problems.
