While there, was responsible for the design of Fossil branded belts and accessories. Integral member of the cross-functional brand team to determine brand identity and product designs for each season. Provided direct support to Creative Director. Selected Contribution: * Created a supplier continuous improvement process ensuring suppliers met performance metrics and re-established supplier relations impacting increase in sales Assisted the Creative Director in developement of high-end mens Italian made belts under the Fossil branded label
