›› Make sure new samples meet buyer’s requires and standard.
›› Cal out if any technical issues between buyers and factory capability.
›› Adjust fit and pattern as needed for best appeal and effective for production.
›› Adjust constructions as best looking and best costing.

Review development tech pack. Working with development team to interpreting
buyer sketch and TP to proceed from sketch to first sample.
›› Achieve buyer design aesthetic and fit. Make sure to translate correct from
design and concept to garment.
›› Liaison between buyers and team regarding technical, issues..
›› Follow up patterns and samples throughout FIT stage, PP, and TOP to improve
fit and construction. Call out and find solutions when issues arise.
›› Final check and review samples fit to ensure samples is meet buyer request.

›› Check shrinkage on production fabric, samples, and all materials to ensure all local production with garment wash to came out with desire spec.

›› Creating cutting tickets, dye POs, and finishing PO.
›› Liason with domestic vendors for send outs, test dye, dye jobs,and finishing vendors for productions.
›› Sourcing and make order with local trim vendor
›› Create trim order PO

›› Communicate on daily basis with oversea vendors
›› Give feed back on fitting comment
›› Give feeding on print, print placement, print color matching.
›› Give comment on hand dye process.
