I am a student of Architecture currently situated in Hull on my Part 1 work experience year out. I completed my first 3 years of study at the Hull School of Art & Design, achieving a 2:1 and have since begun working full time at SALT Architects in Beverley. I have experience in architectural projects, landscape and building surveys, scale model building, interior design, product design, and CAD 3-D modelling.
Architecture for me is primarily about people and place. As an ever growing student of architecture I strive to produce architecture that is site specific and sensitive to human interaction. I seek to explore a methodology that is not determined by an aesthetic or a pre-conceived style but derives from an understanding of sense of place and seeks to provide an environment that works hard to integrate into this.
The language of architecture changes as its means and ends evolve. I feel obliged to take part in this evolution. For me, it is a journey into the unknown territory of experimentation.
