In all projects my goal as an industrial & interaction designer is to exceed the (latent) requirements and wishes from involved stakeholders by observing in a holistic and curious way with "new eyes and ears". Challenging assumptions and having a critical look is a big part of this process. Besides being user-friendly, the design solution also fits within its context aesthetically. Throughout this process my aim is to integrate all these goals with the least possible compromises.
