Cross-Functional Collaboration: I collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure seamless integration of design solutions. I facilitate workshops and design sprints to drive innovation and alignment.
Design System Development: I develop and maintain a design system to promote consistency and efficiency in our product design and development processes. I ensure adherence to design standards and best practices across all digital touchpoints.
Continuous Improvement: I stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and fintech. I leverage insights to propose and implement continuous improvements to our products and design processes.
