Designed and implemented tooling to reduce out of spec roof gap, improving fit and eliminating rework.
Created and published a visual management system for locating pins which will reduce downtime and the possibility for defects. Allows engineers, maintenance and production to recognize locating pins throughout the tooling in body shop to allow for quick observation when one is missing and what size it needs to be replaced with. Designed door hinge fixture to better hold the hinge during installation, reducing the possibility for movement and reducing variation. This along with other implemented details took door fits from 3rd in DPV (defects per vehicle) to off of the Daily Top 20.

Filed and kept track of the 50+ service receipts coming in per day. Delivered the cars in a timely manner within the dealership to service advisers, customers and service technicians.

Set up silent auction for non-profits, including organizing donations and writing the descriptions for each. After the auction, processed customers' payments and organized/distributed items.

TIG welded stainless steel, making two thousand high quality pieces per month. Ran and maintained CNC lathes and mills. Helped maintain a safe, efficient work environment by keeping tools and stock organized.
