Back of knife holder before a cover went over the magnets. The mounts allow for the unit to be mounted flush to the wall with no exposed hardware.

My sister has limited room in her apartment and current knife holder takes up significant counter-top room. I created this magnetic wall mounted knife holder as a solution. It is made of wenge with a wiped on coat of poly. Imbedded in the back are 35 half inch diameter by quarter inch thick grade N42 neodymium magnets.
