Created a Burr puzzle out of aluminum. Each blocks measures roughly 1.3in by 1.3in by 4in.
Using a specific assembly order, the parts will become locked in by the final piece. Machined on a vertical mill over the course of about 18 hours. Tolerances turned out well as there is little unwanted movement.

Metal Working/Welding

Various projects I have made by machining, welding or other metal working methods.

I also have experience operating mills and lathes to machine brass, steel, aluminum and ABS. I have welded both aluminum and steel using MIG, TIG and Stick but is most proficient using MIG
