To date, as Marketing Manager with the help of the rest of the team I have helped increase the turnover of the venues by approximately £16,000 a week to £28,000 through creating targeted marketing strategies and driving sales. I have increased Facebook followers by 12,000 organically, by developing engaging and graphically pleasing content. I just headed up and designed the re-brand and relaunch of the company. My role as Marketing Manager was to create, develop and manage the company’s marketing strategies and objectives from its creation in 2010 to its position as industry leader; as well as actively seeking out new opportunities and locations to expand to. During my time at the company I helped build and manage a team of over 200 promotion staff across 4 different cities.
As part of my role created over ten different brands, designed promotion strategies that are now being used as a standard and increased the company’s turnover from approximately £300,000 to £550,000 Our major events have established themselves as the industry leader. Key responsibilities include:
