Started own consultancy that combines my knowledge of property construction with the skills that I have curated from education and experience. The company’s portfolio includes branding exercises, energy and sustainability reports and full architectural plans, with all properties successfully gaining planning permission.

Worked on a range of high-end luxury luggage and accesories for the style conscious traveller. The range was showcased at the Dubai Super Yacht Show 2012. Worked closely with the client and collaborated with manufacturers to produce the client’s vision. Developed key team work skills and improved CAD and visulation skills.

Undertook, and was successful in gaining planing permission for an eco-conscious contemporary four storey care home housing up to 69 occupants. Designed for modular build and low maintenance during life cycle. All aspects were considered in order to reduce its impact on the environment and produce a significant proportion of its own energy usage on site.

After acquiring a concise understanding of the building processes I had the opportunity to manage, through to completion, two large residential properties in Surrey. I was responsible for scheduling labour and materials from the initial foundation; maturing my time management and developing my problem solving skills.
