About
Being in the creative field I find myself frequently fighting the stigma of a military veteran (Linear thinker, non creative...etc.) and so I'm always looking for ways to make myself more marketable in the graphic design field. I'm doing twice the work as any other design student but hopefully my flexibility will be my saving grace.
Besides taking on additional web development courses out of class along side my Graphic Design studies I am also very involved with the community. I am currently holding an officer position as Secretary for the campus veterans fraternity and am part of Alpha Delta Sigma, which is a professional fraternity associated with the American Advertising Federation. I am also taking on freelance projects in order to build my portfolio and expand my skills. All this while managing a GPA that will result in graduating with Honors.
