I am responsible for leading a visual design team from product concept through production, while working closely with other departments to drive brand consistency across our growing product line. Focusing on product design trends, innovative packaging structures and impactful brand identity.

I managed a staff of 6 over three segments of gaming/toy categories, totaling millions dollars of business. As a team we are responsible for the all printed graphics, photo shoots and related brand materials (style guides, trade shows). That includes directing photo shoots and maintaining relationships with outside vendors and licensors. As well as being a principle designer - I mange, maintain and motivate my team.

I was a Creative Director with a proven track record in consumer packaged goods. My primary responsibility was to work with Marketing to meet SwimWays sales and market share goals through the timely development and execution of standout creative and the management of a talented graphic design team, many of which I hired. I lead all of the location-based photo shoots. And I also acted as a Brand Ambassador for our 3 in-house brands, as well as our licensing partnership with Disney/Marvel/Star Wars working with our internal team and external partners.
