Between 2021 and 2023, my team engaged with major agencies and corporations including; Omnicom, H4B, Patagonia, Amazon, HBO, Instagram, MTV, Southwest Airlines, Twitch, Target, The New York Times, LinkedIn, and Hulu.
• Improved the production workflow for all promotional graphic asset templates to quickly scale promotions and activations across multiple Adobe stakeholders resulting in a more efficient editing process
• Implemented a gift card system to efficiently process $500k of gifts in 2022, reducing fulfillment times by half while improving the reporting and tracking to leadership
• Organized and grew, professional and commercial integrated email campaign audiences to over 14,000 contacts and grew the Adobe Stock customer segment from zero to almost 2,000 in less than 6 months
• Designed, developed, scheduled, and deployed multiple email nurture programs helping increase attendance and conversion
• Supported live stream event chat and moderation, and served as a point of contact for customer-facing events
• Supported management event tracking with insightful post-event budget reporting

Britlite, a cutting-edge experiential agency engaged me to develop the initial wayfinding strategy and UI for the new 2.1 billion dollar Sutter Health campus opening gala for its most exclusive donor audience.

• Illustrated isometric maps for large-scale video experiences and wayfinding

• A key win was automating quarterly reports with custom scripts for InDesign translating exported raw data into formatted pages. This effort saved Pixalate thousands in design production and dramatically reduced review cycles while also improving the data accuracy of reports
