Chiefly responsible for the development, design and implementation of the package, label, blister and insert design for over 200 over-the-counter pharmaceutical products (created in accordance with 21CFR201 Code of Federal Regulations) that grossed $20 million in average annual sales. Managed outside vendors, press checks, photo shoots, budgets, creative deliverables and in-house / freelance teams to lead all phases of brand-extending product packaging, point of purchase displays, and more. In charge of and keeping up to date with all federal regulations and guidance documents to ensure regulatory compliance for packaging components and marketing collateral. Responsible for the design of trade show exhibits, as well as organization and set up of trade shows, such as NACDS Total Store Expo.
Accomplishments:
• Worked with president and vice presidents in translating leadership’s business objectives into real-world strategies by leveraging past experience to create an in-house marketing/creative department in accordance with AAA Pharmaceutical’s strict standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices, in addition to collaborating and aligning both strategically and operationally with other department leaders within the company.
• Key designer in the development and creation of sales presentations and package mock-ups presented to wholesale buyers and key stakeholders, that from 2009 to 2014 saw AAA Pharmaceutical, Inc. expand its customer base by over 250%.
• Led market launch of 30 over the counter pharmaceutical products. Identified opportunities, researched new product possibilities, collaborated with the sales team and created campaigns generating $2 million in new annual sales.
Clients include McKesson, Amerisource Bergen, SuperValu, Kmart, TopCo, and Ahold.

Primarily responsible for the design and implementation of all package design for 1000+ ink jet, laser, toner, and coating products that gross $20 million annually in international retail sales (2007-8). Managed the creative team that performed support work for packaging and sales collateral. Assisted in the development, design, and production of Nukote’s brand identity, marketing, and promotional materials. Worked on cross-functional teams with members of product management, operations, and sales on projects from implementation to completion. Served as client liaison to outside vendors. Managed local, national and international vendors, conducted press checks, art directed photo shoots, recruited and managed freelance designers and photographers. Trained, supervised and provided art direction for junior designers.
Accomplishments:
• Collaborated with president of Sales and vice presidents of Marketing and Product Management to execute upper management’s corporate objective to move all marketing and creative positions and functions from Franklin, TN and Dallas, TX to Rochester, NY in less than 4 months.
• Key in the design and creation of package mock-ups and sales materials presented to wholesale buyers at national retailers like Sam’s Club, and Target, as well as internationally like Walmart and Office Depot.
• Earned commendations from key stakeholders at Office Depot Asia and the president of International Sales (at Nukote) for focused marketing and packaging deliverables that demonstrated the value of Nukote’s products and services with an international client.
Clients include Walmart, Target, Office Depot, S.P. Richards, Xerox, Ikon, Brother, and Unisys.
