The Walt Disney World Very Merry Christmas Parade tv telecast has been a Disney tradition for almost 40 years. The two-hour disney christmas tv presentation which aired live on ABC during my tenure is a mix of marketing and creative storytelling to generate interest in, and excitement for new products, attractions and services at the parks. I began my association w/the telecast as a segment writer, then the show writer, then producer, then executive producer with overall creative and fiscal responsibility. I did the scriptwriting for 12 annual holiday telecasts, writing and producing over 70 segments, overseeing the production team and partnering with the many show talents featured.
