Atlantis Exhibit - Kennedy Space Center
The Atlantis Exhibit at Kennedy Space Center celebrates the amazing journey and stories of the Space Shuttle Program. The exhibit includes more than 60 interactive exhibits and high-tech simulators, along with assorted film.
As one of the primary storytellers on the project, I was tasked with creating all the content for the STS Interactive Timeline which allows guests to explore every element of the space shuttle program from early development through its final mission. It includes bios of the astronauts, key “wow” moments of each mission, and fun facts about the program.
For Meet the People, I traveled to several NASA Centers conducting more than 80 interviews to share the emotional, compelling, and sometimes hilarious stories of the people who created this engineering marvel. In addition, for the How the Trainers Train Astronauts, I created the storyline for how the astronauts are trained, interviewing actual Nasa trainers at Johnson Space Center.
