I lead diverse R&D teams through the process of ideation, prototyping, testing, and building excellent products. I have shipped products ranging from prefabricated architectural structures and interior lighting systems to ultra-low emissions HVAC equipment and medical devices. My guiding principle is that good design should solve real problems for real people, while aligning with cost concerns, manufacturing constraints, and environmentally sound practices.
