Spring 2015

For this project, our group was given an existing brick building located on J and 7th street in downtown San Diego. We developed a multi-family apartment complex based on the concept of "candid"; making the complex truthful, honest, straightforward and sincere. The concept, floor plans, and board layout were a group effort and the two perspectives shown were my contribution of renderings using SketchUp Pro 2015 with Podium. The first perspective is a community clubhouse and the second is an isometric view of a one-bedroom apartment. Finishing touches were added in Photoshop. Sustainability features as well as ADA compliance were studied and implemented throughout the design.
