Dewar’s like other alcohol brands in India has to pay retailers to position their product portfolio at prominent locations in store. To improve the in-store experience for customers while interacting with the brand and to educate them on the heritage of Dewar’s, the brand team decided to improve the retail shelving units at stores in key markets in an effort to drive up the volume of sales.
