• Have worked on HUD from RFI phase to series production by designing prototypes, in-car measurement rig, testbenches & series production design.
• Participate in various meetings with suppliers for design review, process flow, measurement report evaluation, process development exercises, corrective actions to ensure design compliance.
• Interact with Optical, hardware team to design head up displays.
• Prepare 2D drawings, GD&T, BOM of designed parts for production trials & provide necessary instructions.
• Designed many test benches including : sunlight concentration, perceivable image, light sensor, stray light, PGU brightness, sun glass, head impact, etc.

• Feasibility study, Concept design generation & Final release for tooling.
• Design various parts of car (Using Siemens NX) : Rear lower leader assembly, front door trim.
• Design various parts of bus (Using Solid Edge software) : Wheel arch, stair case, driver cabin.
• Design forming & checking tool surfaces.

• Perform draft analysis of given A-Surface, design its B-Surface.
• Check part feasibility, create master sections.
• Gap & flush analysis.
• Create parting lines.
• Parts worked on are air guide, front grill, door trim, air duct, A-Pillar design.

• Create 3D models from the given 2D drawings or create parametric models from STL scan data or point cloud data.
• Train new recruits in Catia V5 and Hyper mesh.
• Download 2d drawings from Ashok Leyland PLM and create 3D models for them. Assemble CAB for 100% DMU of G90/91.
• Design door trims, oddment tray, glove box, pillar trims, center console for series production.
