Team size : 3 Duration : 4 months Description : This project is based on reduction of defect cost and rejection rate in temperature sensor (gasoline unit), first we see the production of temperature sensor in the 2012-2013.note down the rejection rate, then we observe production we find out where exactly product is rejected and what is the root cause of the problem. Then we observe each station in production and find out Problem in fixture at resistance welding station and then we Modify the design of fixture.
