Managed and mentored a team of writers, designers, a project manager, and a video production manager in providing creative services to support Ellucian’s branding, marketing, and communications efforts. Implemented and drove the adoption of a project management process and creative production traffic system that handled over 1,000 project requests a year. Supervised the creative process from concept to completion and created an atmosphere where design thinking and creative development thrive.
Oversaw detailed day-to-day scheduling, and monitored project workflow for the copy and design production of Ellucian’s in-house creative agency. Managed production of over 183 creative assets for Ellucian Live, an annual company-sponsored user conference for 8,000+ attendees. Ensured quality, brand consistency and accuracy of photography, copy, layout and graphic design for digital and print campaigns.
