Responsible for providing overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of our services with the objective of attaining design and engineering excellence, maximizing ROI for clients, as well as providing day-to-day leadership and management.
Immediate challenges included the need to synergize processes, reduce costs, improve productivity and increase flexibility in both of the design and engineering departments..
Develop and implement strategic plans, objectives and policies in collaboration with other members of the Senior Management Team

Responsible for the Design and Engineering team, encompassing areas of Research and Design, Integration and Testing, Control and Documentation Management, Manufacturing Engineering, and Logistics. Develop and implement systems and processes to adequately produce for client products and deliver on our customer commitment with the highest quality and on-time delivery.
Senior Leader responsible for giving direction throughout the projects to ensure compliance with internal and external quality systems.

Listening and asking the right questions of the clients’ requirements, we focus the effort into manageable milestones.
