The Project Coordinator receives design information from our clients and organizes it for the Project Managers who are working with clients. After the information is organized the Project Coordinator determines if all of the information needed for the project has been provided. Next, they coordinate with the Project Manager regarding these details to allow the project to move ahead.
This role includes setting up folders, reviewing drawings and finishes, searching for information on property websites, organizing files, communicating with Project Managers and generally organizing projects at the start of a project to allow them to be successfully designed.
