Delegate Sales Executive
Hanson Wade
Jun 2010 - Sep 2011 (1 year 3 months)
In this position, as a matter of priority, I would reach out to our primary market: Senior level managers of drug developers (top 25 and mid-tier pharma, biotechs), as well as 10-15% academic and government institutions.
As a team, we worked hard and played hard, gaining valuable insight into the industry and the driving forces behind business decisions. We designed our own, unique, sales process, tailored to the nature of the Hanson Wade business model, and promoted transparency and thorough research.
This helped us achieve phenomenal year-on-year growth in the midst of the worst recession in 100 years.

Design Engineer
Surgical Technology Unit - Dundee University
Nov 2005 - Aug 2006 (9 months)
Based at the University of Dundeeās Institute for Medical Science and Technology, the
Surgical Technology Group is a Research and Development team, working with leading
clinicians to pioneer new surgical procedures. The group was founded by Sir Alfred Cuschieri,
pioneer of Minimal Access Surgery, and is co-funded by Karl Storz ltd.
Under the guidance of creative genius Dr Stuart Brown, our team leader, we designed various types of training equipment for Minimal Access Surgery
(M.A.S), always in close collaboration with surgical staff.
During my time in the unit, I also completed a theatre access course, and
provided teaching assistance for training courses in the Cuschieri Surgical Skills Unit.
