I manage the Homeless Hub website, the largest library of homelessness-related resources in the world. I provide direction to a small team of developers and content editors who create UI upgrades and maintain the resource library. I coordinate the CHRN's social media accounts to promote and disseminate homelessness research in plain language. I design all marketing and communications collateral (reports, e-books, graphics, videos, research summaries, e-newsletters).

Website design, brand identity and various marketing collateral for a wide range of international non-profits, educational institutions and small businesses.

- Oversaw the redesign and development of the organization’s website using XHTML/CSS and Content Management System, Drupal.
- Continually improved the website as a tool for accessing publications, resource materials, and news in order to support advocacy, public relations and fundraising in line with FI’s mission.
- Designed print materials including books, training manuals, annual reports, UN manuals, fundraising appeals, posters and brochures in up to 9 languages.
- Created a multimedia CD that detailed the organization’s goals and achievements.

- Designed and programmed websites for a wide range of clients.
- Designed various print marketing material, including booklets, logos, graphics and posters.

- Designed print materials, including brochures, booklet covers, and newsletters that were distributed to all graduating Ontario and Quebec secondary students to assist them in the application process.
- Proofread complex legal documents for application to various undergraduate and graduate programs with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Managed and maintained a database containing statistical information for Universities.
- Maintained OUAC‘s website to ensure information was up-to-date for prospective applicants.
