Most often, these recordings were of full-semester live courses in university classrooms. They were as beneficial to me as any lecture course taken in person, and have helped synthesize my knowledge of design. Core topics learned were : Visual Perception & Gestalt; Memory, Learning & Attention; Basic Cognitive Processes; Creativity & Innovation; Academic Research Methods.
