This 1920's furniture factory that has sat empty for far too long will host a Bocce Emporium of 5 courts, restaurant and bars, outdoor and private dining, parking, music venue for 1300ppl, low tech games and shenanigans to be had with a Victorian Vaudeville vibe of entertainment, music, dancing, pranks, laughter and tomfoolery for all ages.
