Magic Shell
Project Goals: Magic Shell is a dessert topping that hardens into a crunchy shell when it comes in contact with cold ice cream. Research showed that consumers did not understand what the product did, and knock-off products had crowded the space. Webb deVlam was hired to redesign the current bottle and graphics to better communicate what the product does.
Result: 3D (bottle) and 2D (graphic) design working together to paint a clear picture of the crunchy benefit the product has to offer.
Role: Design director & designer for Webb deVlam. Responsibilities included leading work sessions with both graphic and industrial designers, developing theme boards, sketching, concept renderings, & CAD development.
