SendSuite is a group of products that track mail on arrival, through shipping and delivery. This project required an assessment of the desktop shipping
application, providing a task analysis, developing wireframes, visual concepts and user interface guidelines. A framework was established where usability and design
could be enhanced to develop a unified, contemporary look and feel to the three separate applications.
