I have over 10 years experience in the industry and have worked with both 3D and 2D production tools. I also have game and film experience. Currently I'm working as an Art Director and Motion Designer for Microsoft. Most of my work involves creating 56,000+ pixel wide panoramic motion graphics and animations for their massive video wall that wraps around their retail stores.
Before that I worked at yU+co creating motion graphics and animations. At Thinkwell Design and Productions I created motion graphics and user interface designs for the iOS game, Super Slobber Dog. I also directed the trailer for this game. In addition I designed an IOS app for the 2012 London Olympics and various web applications.
Prior to that I worked for Disney/ABC on the Disney studio lot in Burbank. I was called in to create visual effects for their new show, No Ordinary Family. The show was about a family with super powers so I worked to turn the normal into super human feats of strength. Also while in Los Angeles I designed and directed Kari Kimmell’s Trouble music video. We filmed it on a large green screen and I had to create tons of digital sets and props for the entire video.
A while back I created some motion graphics for the Black Eyed Peas, The E.N.D. 2010 World Tour. It was a blast seeing my artwork on such a large scale accompanied by such a great band.
