To produce distinctive results which even surpass the expected it is crucial to understand the individual talents and sensitivities of my teammates as well as to be always ahead in terms of a clear comprehension of the design brief which is the equivalent of the score. The brand identity is a benchmark to be respected similar to the composers genius if the result of the designprocess shall be keeping the balance in terms of innovation AND market acceptance.
