Mimar Emirates Engineering Consultant (Sharjah)Present* Carry the project from the concept design stage to the detailed design stage for preparing a Tender Documents (Construction Drawings) which is coordinated with all the other parties as (Structure, MEP, Landscape, ID . .etc) and the Specialists suppliers to be issued at the end to the contractor. * Reviewing the shop drawings for Approval. * Obtaining all the needed Approvals & NOCs from the different Authorities (SM, Nakheel, Trakhees (JAFZA), ..etc) to issue the building Permit. * Solving all the problems that might occur during the construction.
