"Costume, fashion, and home decor designs with an elegant flair! My name is Shelly Burgwald and I am a designer, specializing in costumes, fashion, and home decor. Graduated from Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles has given an array of education and sources to use. I have always loved designing and creating interesting pieces, but I really found my passion for it while attending FIDM.
